Getting started

How do I download the app?
Go to Google's "Play Store" or Apple's "App Store" and search for "Maindeck inspection app". 
I don't have a username. What do I do?
The mobile inspection app is a tool for Maindeck users. This means you must have a username and password for Maindeck in order to sign in and start using the inspection app. 
How can I invite my colleagues?
All user management is done via the web app (app.maindeck.io). Please contact your the Administrator of the account to add more users. 

Adding and editing work orders

How to I make changes to a work order?
To make changes to work orders, first select the work order you wish to edit in the work order list. This will take you to the work order specific page. Here you will find four main action buttons, select "Edit WO". If you have permission to make edits, your changes will be updated immediately. If you don't have the permission to make changes, your changes will we sent to the project owner who will need to approve your changes before they go live. 
How do I add an inspection to a work order?
To add an inspection to a work orders, first select the work order in the work order list. This will take you to the work order specific page. Here you will find four main action buttons, three of which are "Add image", "Add comment" and "Update progress".
